Over the past year, we've spent a lot more time at home than we probably would have liked, and we've all had to give up the habits we were attached to, like dinners with friends and family, movie nights, working out at the gym, and our favorite outdoor sports and hobbies. In all these months we have been close to you, giving you suggestions and advice to find new healthy habits during the period of national lockdowns.

 

Then, when we returned with (limited) freedom again, we suggested how to improve everyday life through new routines and habits, which will probably be part of our daily life also in the future.
