3 QUICK RECIPES IN 15 MINUTES!

Sometimes, we only have a short amount of time to whip up a delicious meal. We have put together three quick recipes for you – Don’t forget to tell us yours!
For 1 omelette:
- 2 eggs
- 30 g milk
- a pinch of salt
- 15 g extra-virgin olive oil
Start by breaking the eggs in a bowl, adding the milk and a pinch of salt.
Using a whisk, beat the eggs to mix them with the milk. They will be ready when you lift the whisk and the mixture comes down like a thread.
Heat a frying pan on the stove with a little extra virgin olive oil. As soon as the oil is hot, pour the egg mixture into it.
Cook the omelette on a low flame, until the outside should be golden brown - cover with a lid as soon as the edges start to set.
As soon as the omelette is soft on the surface, fold the omelette in half, and cook for a few seconds longer, before serving your omelette.
It's great plain or accompanied by seasonal vegetables for a tasty dish. Let your imagination run wild and season it however you like!
For 4 people:
- 360 g of pasta
- 6 large tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- a few leaves of fresh basil
- grated parmesan
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to pack instructions.
Wash the tomatoes carefully and cut a cross in the bottom of them Blanch them in boiling water for 3/4 minutes, then drain and cool. Remove the skin from the tomatoes, then cut them into pieces.
Fry a clove of garlic in extra virgin olive oil and add the tomatoes, a pinch of salt and pepper and a few leaves of fresh basil. Cook the tomato sauce for 10 minutes on a medium heat.
Drain the spaghetti and pour into the pan with the tomato sauce, toss in the sauce and add a few more leaves of fresh basil and grated cheese to taste.
- 400 g chicken breast
- a few handfuls of bagged potato chips
Cut the chicken breast fillets in half.
Take the chips and crumble them into tiny pieces: carefully bread the chicken with the crumbled chips on both sides: the oil and salt from the packet chips will be released during cooking, flavouring the chicken.
Bake the chicken at 180° until cooked and serve chicken on a bed of salad. You can also prepare different sauces to accompany it, such as yoghurt sauce or mayonnaise.
