Monday 26 January 2026
It’s time to celebrate the remarkable results of our annual Group initiative that brings together colleagues and their children from all UniCredit countries in the spirit of giving. Curious to learn more? Enjoy reading our highlights and watch the wrap-up video created from the numerous contributions of the local events.
On December 12th and 13th, 2025, UniCredit colleagues embraced the opportunity to contribute to spreading the holiday spirit and to continue supporting the communities we serve by joining our annual Kids4Kids & Donation Day initiative.
As per past years, It served not only as a chance for colleagues to come together and enjoy happy moments with their families, but also as a demonstration of our dedication to creating a brighter future. With the support of local NGOs focused on child welfare, we managed to distribute more than 2,700 gifts, kindly contributed by 3,200 participants who took part in the events held in various locations.
Alongside the traditional entertainment and holiday activities, such as vintage games, photo booths, creative Christmas workshops with Santa’s helpers and enchanting plays for children, this year’s edition introduced a very special red touch inspired by our partnership with Scuderia Ferrari HP: Carrera Race Track Corners, F1 simulators and Scuderia Ferrari HP giveaways were made available to participants in several locations across our regions.
Relevant space was also dedicated to the arts, featuring special corners of the UniCredit Art Collection where children had the opportunity to try their hand at recreating famous paintings.
A “Magic mirror” was installed to connect participants celebrating simultaneously at various locations across the Group, in a true One UniCredit spirit.

In parallel, UniCredit showcased its commitment through a variety of impactful initiatives.
In Italy, we continued supporting donation-based efforts such as those linked to the Carta Etica Fund, which this year celebrates its 20th anniversary. To mark this milestone, UniCredit has doubled its support: through the special edition of One vote, 200,000 acts of support, €400,000 will go to the most voted non-profit organisations. Additionally, we supported the local association Archè, that assists vulnerable children and families in building social, housing, and work independence by offering support and care services. Germany acted for ‘Münchner Tafel,’ a non-profit organization that distributes food and essential items to underprivileged individuals in Munich. Meanwhile, colleagues in Austria renewed their collaboration with the Samaritans, gathering donations for disadvantaged children. In the CE&EE region, Serbia took steps to aid safe houses, while Slovenia saw colleagues assist the local Association of Safe Houses, which provides shelter for women and children from vulnerable backgrounds. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, UniCredit contributed to the Parents' House "Iskra," a safe haven for children suffering from malignant diseases and their parents during treatment. In Romania, team members chose to assist Casa Buna, an organization that combines support for individuals (especially children) with innovative and sustainable housing solutions. In Croatia, UniCredit collaborated once again with the Mali Zmaj Association, delivering toys and essential items to those in need. Bulgaria focused on the Centers for Children and Youth, both with and without disabilities, as well as organizations providing medical and social care and crisis centers that accommodate women and children under the Protection and Support for Victims of Violence project. The Czech Republic and Slovakia joined forces for the Na Trati organization, primarily focusing on helping children with autism. Hungary partnered with Baptist Aid, which addresses needs at both national and international levels, engaging in disaster relief, social programs, refugee assistance, and long-term development projects.
In Poland, colleagues continued a cherished tradition at the Children’s Home in Miechów, where youths from troubled homes, aged 3 to 21, can find safety and care. Notably, some of the older children have begun university studies, demonstrating how they have truly changed the course of their lives.
THANK YOU for honoring again the festive period with open hearts and unwavering commitment to supporting the communities we serve.
