Regulation (EU) 575/2013 (CRR) and Directive 2013/36/EU (CRD) and their respective subsequent amendments - reflecting Basel 3 capital measurement and standards guidelines - called for banks to disclose more information about the composition of regulatory capital and how they calculate capital ratios.
UniCredit Group Disclosure (Pillar 3) is prepared with quarterly frequency according to Part Eight of the CRR and, starting from 31 March 2026 reference date, is only published on EBA website (Pillar 3 Data Hub section on the European Data Access Portal (EDAP)), according to CRR article 434.
