Today, on the occasion of the World Day of Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development, we take a moment to recognise how a diverse culture continues to fuel our progress.
More than 55% of our colleagues come from outside Italy, representing 133 places of birth, with four generations working side by side—reflecting an organisation shaped by international talent at every level.
This kind of diversity doesn’t just exist on paper. It shapes how we work – respecting every voice, challenging each other constructively, and approaching decisions from multiple angles.
It allows us to see more—and do better.
