Breaking stereotypes. Expanding possibilities. Creating lasting impact.

Every year, International Women's Day reminds us that progress is never permanent and equality can never be taken for granted.

Today, across many parts of the world, women's rights and freedoms continue to face pressure, making action, accountability and participation more important than ever.

At UniCredit, this commitment goes beyond a single date.

That is why we launched UnlimitHer: a campaign designed to help remove barriers, challenge stereotypes and expand opportunities for women through concrete action, education, allyship and visibility across the Group and beyond.

From financial independence to leadership development, from inclusive culture to awareness campaigns and real stories capable of expanding what is possible, UnlimitHer brings together the initiatives shaping a more equitable future for women, inside and outside the Bank.

Because one day can raise awareness.

But real progress requires consistency, action and participation.

That's why at UniCredit, we never settle for symbolic moments when we can strive to create unlimited impact.

Our Progress - A measurable commitment

UnlimitHER vodcast - Breaking one stereotype at a time

Real stories. Real voices. Real change.

Launching in June, the UnlimitHer vodcast explores the stories of women who challenged assumptions, expanded possibilities and redefined expectations in their fields.

Each episode uses authentic conversations to break stereotypes and inspire reflection across generations, industries and experiences.

A vodcast breaking one stereotype at a time. In each episode we challenge assumptions and expand what's possible through real stories.

UnlimitHer Vodcast | Teaser

Do women really not know how to drive?
Are women really the weaker sex?
Do women really become less relevant as they age?

Gender stereotypes still continue to shape how women are perceived across many environments, from sport to leadership, humanitarian work and beyond.

But stereotypes don't define people. Stories do.

That is why we created UnlimitHer.

UnlimitHer Vodcast | Ep. 1 - COMING SOON

Motorsport has long been seen as a man's world. In this episode, Alba Larsen, Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy driver, challenges assumptions about who belongs on the track and reminds us that representation matters because seeing someone break barriers helps others believe they can too.

UnlimitHer Vodcast | Ep. 2 - The weaker sex? - COMING SOON

Women are often described as fragile or vulnerable. Through powerful stories from around the world the CEO of Save the Children Italy, Daniela Fatarella, challenges this stereotype and reveals the extraordinary strength displayed every day by women and girls living through some of the world's most difficult circumstances.

UnlimitHer Vodcast | Ep. 3 - Too old to matter? - COMING SOON

One of the most persistent stereotypes is that relevance fades with age. Through the perspective of longevity expert Annie Coleman, this episode explores how longer lives are reshaping our expectations and why ambition does not come with an expiry date.

I'm Remarkable - Building Confidence and Visibility

Owning your impact

Originally inspired by Google's global initiative, the "I'm Remarkable" workshops help participants recognise, articulate and confidently communicate their achievements.

What started as a single initiative is becoming a scalable programme across the Group.

So far:

• 500 colleagues involved
• Dedicated Croatia session on 22 May

To further scale the initiative, UniCredit is exploring the creation of internally certified facilitators across countries, helping deliver smaller and more localised sessions designed to maximise participation and impact.

The physical awareness campaign - Making invisible biases visible

Through physical activations, installations and awareness campaigns across offices and public spaces.

1) The UnlimitHer awareness campaign: Across UniCredit's larger buildings, a guerrilla messages aim to spark reflection around stereotypes, allyship and inclusion in everyday workplace interactions.

From elevators to common spaces, the campaign invites colleagues to pause, reflect and engage in conversations that often remain unspoken.

The initiative will progressively cascade across countries during the year.

2) Women and Rights: Towards Equality

UniCredit partnered with Corriere della Sera on "Women and Rights: Towards Equality", a large-scale public installation in Piazza Gae Aulenti exploring the evolution of women's rights in Italy through 150 years of Corriere della Sera's history.

From the first feminist movements of 1896 to voting rights, family law reforms and the fight against gender-based violence, the installation retraces both the progress achieved and the challenges that still remain open today, including equal pay, economic independence and discrimination.

As part of this broader cultural conversation, the initiative will also help amplify UnlimitHer through dedicated campaign activations and content connected to the upcoming UnlimitHer vodcast, including a dedicated activation within Io Donna.

Within this journey, UniCredit continues to promote financial education and economic awareness as key drivers of autonomy, confidence and empowerment for women.

Allyship & Participation

Progress needs participation

Real change happens when everyone takes part.

This is only the beginning.

International Women's Day may be one moment in the calendar. But empowerment, inclusion and equity require continuous action.

And at UniCredit, we are just getting started.

Unlimited Potential. Remarkable Impact.
