EduAction 2025: Inspiring futures for thousands of students across Europe
Monday 26 May 2025
UniCredit Foundation and Teach For All continue their mission to empower the next generation through education, inclusion, and mentorship in 7 countries.
UniCredit Foundation and Teach For All recently concluded EduAction 2025, the annual initiative designed to address educational inequalities and promote equal opportunities for young people across Europe.
Born from the long-term partnership between UniCredit Foundation and Teach For All, EduAction is a shared effort to create a moment when all partner countries activate simultaneously, engaging UniCredit colleagues, Teach For All teachers, and students in impactful activities.
The 2025 edition opened with an online European event attended by almost 300 participants, featuring high-profile speakers like Professor Asim Ijaz Khwaja, Director at the Harvard Center for International Development, educators, and UniCredit leaders, setting the stage for two weeks of local events.
From March 31 to April 11, more than 50 local events took place simultaneously, involving over 900 students, teachers, and local communities. While thanks to the everyday work of the Teach For All teachers, thousands more young people were indirectly reached, amplifying the impact beyond the classroom walls.
Workshops, mentoring sessions, career talks, and hands-on experiences with UniCredit volunteers helped young people develop new skills, build confidence, and connect with professionals.
This initiative further strengthens the shared mission of UniCredit Foundation and Teach For All to empower the next generation and reflects UniCredit Foundation’s broader commitment to fostering education, inclusion, and skills development across its core markets — contributing to a more equitable and sustainable future.
