Inclusive workplace and well-being at work

A number of initiatives are in place across the Bank as well as a rigorous monitoring process to support our DE&I ambitions.

We continue to invest in the professional development of our people through upskilling and reskilling programmes, including Inclusive Leadership programmes and leadership and development programmes for women.

Our Group Development Offer is fully aligned with UniCredit DE&I strategy, embedding the behaviours required to promote a more equitable and inclusive culture.

"Shaping our Culture" - Nikolina Zečić, Head of Group Culture

A solid Culture ensures a competitive advantage and is very difficult to copy. It delivers better financial performance, influences the customer experience, attracts and retains better talent, and increases productivity.

The UniCredit Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Global Policy and Policy against Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Bullying and  Anti - Retaliation, have been created to reinforce inclusion at work based on equal opportunities and non-discrimination.

Employee Networks

Embracing Cultural Diversity!

Friday 19 May 2023

Join us as we celebrate the World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development on 21 May. At UniCredit we are intensifying our efforts to enhance cultural and ethnic diversity within our Bank, as we recognise and value the peculiarities of all our employees across our geographies within the Group, and firmly believe that this is what accelerates innovation and creates long-term value.
