In relation to the cross-border merger by absorption of UniCredit SA/NV into UniCredit S.p.A., the resolution taken by the Board of Directors of UniCredit S.p.A. on 17 September 2026 resolving upon the approval of the merger transaction as registered in the Companies Register of Milano, Monza, Brianza and Lodi on 22 September 2026, has been made available to the public today pursuant to article 70, paragraph 7, lett. c) of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99. (Regolamento Emittenti).
