The deed of cross-border merger by incorporation of UniCredit SA/NV into UniCredit S.p.A. (the "Merger"), executed on 28 October 2026, was registered with the Companies Register of Milan, Monza, Brianza and Lodi on 29 October 2026.

 

The Merger will be effective as of 1 November 2026.
