UniCredit: update on the execution of the share buy-back programme during the period from 4 August to 8 August 2025

 

Milan, 12 August 2025 - Within the UniCredit S.p.A. (the "Company" or "UniCredit") share buy-back programme communicated to the market on 24 July and initiated on 25 July 2025, as per the authorisation granted by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 27 March 2025 (the "First Tranche of the SBB 2024 Residual ") - on the basis of the information received from BNP Paribas SA as intermediary in charge of executing, in full independence (so-called "riskless principal" or "matched principal"), the First Tranche of the SBB 2024 Residual - UniCredit informs, pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 3, of the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, that it has carried out the transactions indicated below.

As of 8 August 2025, since the launch of the First Tranche of the SBB 2024 Residual, UniCredit purchased no. 5,841,000 shares, equal to 0.37% of the share capital for a total consideration of Euro 371,332,862.90 (equal to 20.63% of the total amount of the First Tranche of the SBB 2024 Residual).
