UniCredit informs that in accordance with the article 21 of the Bond Terms, the bond will be fully repaid in advance on 27th September 2009.


The redemption before due date will take place at par value without charges.


We also inform that the redemption will take place by Intermediaries participant to Monte Titoli, Centralized Administration Services in accordance with the article 29 of DL 24th June 1998, 213.


The bonds will cease to be bear interest starting from the date of 27th September 2009.
