UniCredit announces that it has finalized the sale to other underwriters of Shareholders' Agreement, of the n. 15,039,024 RCS MediaGroup ordinary shares (2.05% of voting share capital), owned by its subsidiary Capitalia Partecipazioni SpA and bound to the Shareholders' Agreement, for a consideration of € 48 million approximately.
