Moneta to leave the Group to pursue a new career opportunity. Ghizzoni will be presented to Governing Boards as proposed successor.

Andrea Moneta is set to leave the Group to pursue a new career opportunity. Federico Ghizzoni will be proposed to succeed him as new Head of Poland's Markets Division and member of BA-CA's Management Board with responsibility for CEE business. Alessandro Decio will be proposed to become new COO in Turkey



Federico Ghizzoni will be proposed to UniCredit's Board of Directors and to BA-CA's Supervisory Board as new Head of UniCredit Group's Poland's Markets Division, and member of the Management Board of BA-CA with responsibility for Central and Eastern Europe business. Ghizzoni will succeed Andrea Moneta, Deputy General Manager of UniCredit, who will leave the Group to pursue a new career opportunity. Alessandro Decio, in turn, will be proposed to Koç Financial Services' (KFS) and Yapi Kredi Bank's Boards of Directors to succeed Ghizzoni in Turkey in the position of Chief Operating Officer at KFS and at Yapi Kredi.

The new appointments will be effective July 1st, 2007.
