With reference to the "Fiat convertendo loan", UniCredit informs the technical legal checks are currently being made in view of the loan's forthcoming due date.
UniCredit moreover informs that it currently does not have any information that would explain the recent trend of both the volumes and the quotations of Fiat shares.
