UniCredit will support the first Economia...Ti diamo noi una lezione! (Economy... We Will Give You a Lesson!) award, launched by the Osservatorio Permanente Giovani-Editori this year.
The competition is open to all high school classrooms participating in the initiative, Il Quotidiano in Classe (The Newspaper in the Classroom). After choosing interesting newspaper articles related to the economy, students research their selected topics and prepare a lesson plan. The lesson must be tailored to elementary children and can either be a video, an illustrated brochure or a cartoon strip.
The award is designed to educate younger generations about the real economy, helping them to develop a mature awareness of and approach to the future. We place great importance on supporting younger generations and their education, as it is a part of ensuring the sustainable development of UniCredit's territories.
Applicants have until Saturday, April 20, 2013 to submit their lesson plans to the Osservatorio Permanente Giovani-Editori. For more information, please visit their website.
