Ingredients for 4 people:

  • A few splashes of olive oil
  • Chopped onion, carrots and celery – (25g of each)
  • Minced meat – beef and pork (400g)
  • Half a glass of white wine
  • Tomato puree – passata (500g)
  • Grated parmesan cheese (100g)
  • 10 sheets of fresh pasta
  • Béchamel sauce (300ml)
