- A few splashes of olive oil
- Chopped onion, carrots and celery – (25g of each)
- Minced meat – beef and pork (400g)
- Half a glass of white wine
- Tomato puree – passata (500g)
- Grated parmesan cheese (100g)
- 10 sheets of fresh pasta
- Béchamel sauce (300ml)
