UniCredit Bulbank raised 45.000 euros with the support of UniCredit Foundation and was thanked in an unexpected way!
Our colleagues from UniCredit Bulbank raised 45.000 euros with the support of UniCredit Foundation to support the most vulnerable groups affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. They were thanked in a very pleasant and unexpected way: mass applause.
One of the ten organisations supported by the Internal Donation Campaign against COVID-19 was “Marvelous garden”, a social enterprise in Dobrich, a small Bulgarian town, where people with intellectual disabilities grow vegetables and flowers. . The people working there acknowledged our colleagues’ contributions by bringing flowers into the branch and clapping for everyone.
Part of UniCredit Bulbank’s efforts to support its community has been providing for their medical and social needs. The Internal Donation Campaign against COVID-19 has helped a variety of groups, including social entrepreneurs, disabled people, the elderly and female victims of violence.
