UniCredit confirms its commitment to a simple, innovative and complete customer experience by adding  new features in the Mobile Banking App.

UniCredit recently won four awards at the MF Banking Awards 2021, including Best Banks for Securities Trading, because of its excellence in  buying and selling financial assets (shares or bonds) on  international markets also thanks to its  online trading services and for its strong commitment to the development of online and mobile digital channels.

The award highlights our commitment to developing market-leading innovative channels such as our Mobile Banking App, which  offers an exceptional  customer experience for users in Italy, Austria and Germany

In fact, in 2020, our mobile customers grew  by 40% and now number  over 3 million in Italy alone.

 

Reflecting  our commitment to always  being part of the solution for our customers and the communities we serve, we have introduced new features to our Mobile Banking App that are both useful and easy to use.

We continue to improve the Mobile Banking App in Italy, Germany and Austria.

 

The Group's objective is to continue with innovation in orderto create a single app in Italy, Germany and Austria with a simple, innovative and complete customer experience.

In particular, for the Investment Portfolio section,  we started with the facts: customers who use mobile phones to check the performance of their investments do so twice as often as those online.

 

That's why we have  decided to enhance our app with an even smarter and more comprehensive Investment offering, which positions UniCredit as a leader in Italy, by improving the user experience of the Investment Portfolio section and above all by introducing the new Markets section, which provides access to market data, indices, news, graphical analysis, etc.

 

These securities trading features are complemented by UniCredit's Advisory service: customers can access investment advice both in-branch and through remote managers, and can sign documentation  with the "Remote Advisory Signature" service, also from their mobile phone.
