UniCredit wins three Golden BAM awards, including special recognition for having the best mobile banking app
At an awards ceremony in Sarajevo, UniCredit Bank d.d. Mostar won two Golden BAM awards. The Golden BAM Awards are organised by business magazine Banks and Business in BiH and given to the most successful banking collectives in Bosnia and Herzegovina. With awards for the largest assets and the largest total capital, UniCredit Bank confirmed its leading position in the market. UniCredit also received also a special award, the Golden BAM Plaque, for the best mobile application in banking.
The pandemic has highlighted the importance of providing simple banking solutions that offer customers superior service, but also security. UniCredit Bank’s new mobile banking app blends modern design with enhanced functionality and additional benefits for its users. These include easier login by fingerprint or face scanning, budget management and cost categorisation options. It also offers easier payment with the ability to use QR codes and greater availability of information on all accounts, loans, time deposits, cards and other banking services.
“It is important for us to provide our clients with a service that suits their needs, but at the same time facilitates and offers additional opportunities. We listen to the opinions of our customers and see that they have already recognised the benefits of our application. This recognition is another confirmation that we have created a mobile application that offers valuable solutions to our customers,” said Leo Bevanda, Head of Digital Channels.
The Golden BAM Awards are based on the annual reports of independent auditors and have been awarded for the past 18 years by business magazine Banks and Business in BiH.
