BuddyFit is a new app created to allow people to train anywhere with the virtual support of a personal trainer, through personalised or live workouts done over video. The successful concept is considered the “Netflix of the gyms” in Italy.

During Italy Tech Day, Giovanni Ciferri, co-founder and CEO of BuddyFit, was interviewed by Jeremy Uzan, an early stage investor at Singular, a European venture capital firm he co-founded in 2020. Watch their talk below.

The virtual Tech Day, organised together with Orrick, provided international investors the opportunity to learn more about six Italian digital companies which are part of UniCredit’s Founders’ Club, an initiative dedicated to Italian scale-up companies with high potential.
