Richard explained how by putting people at the centre and challenging the status quo, we can collectively achieve better, more consistent results.


Suddenly, the whole organisation feels lighter, more nimble. It is also better for colleagues internally as well. We all like to feel lighter and nimble and it allows us to concentrate more time on the client and less time on processes.”
