"My goal is to be fighting for the championship." That simple yet powerful statement from Dino Beganovic captures the determination and drive of one of the brightest young talents in the Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy.
Born in Sweden in 2004 to Bosnian parents, Dino’s motorsport journey began early, and it didn’t take long for him to start turning heads. He claimed two national karting titles in Sweden before earning international recognition as runner-up in the WSK Euro Series, one of the most competitive karting events in the world.
His rapid ascent caught the attention of the Ferrari Driver Academy, who welcomed Dino into their prestigious program. He quickly proved their faith was well placed. After an impressive debut in Formula 4, Dino stepped up to the Formula Regional European Championship, where he delivered a dominant season, four wins and eight podiums secured him the championship title and reinforced his potential at the highest levels of racing.
In 2025, Dino reached another milestone on his journey to F1. He got behind the wheel of Charles Leclerc’s Scuderia Ferrari F1 car during Free Practice 1 sessions in Bahrain and Austria, marking his first official outings in Formula 1 machinery. For any young driver, it’s a moment that stands as both a reward and a signal of what’s to come.
