Inclusion, unity, talent: these are the sporting values that allowed the 100 participants of ALL4ONE - METTITI NEI MIEI PANNI, the event organised by FISPES with UniCredit's support, to experience Paralympic sports first-hand on Saturday 17 June in Rome. This is one of the many testaments of our bank's commitment to empower communities, fostering diversity and inclusion in everything we do.

The ALL4ONE - METTITI NEI MIEI PANNI event, organised by the Italian Federation of Paralympic and Experimental Sports together with UniCredit as Official Sponsor, took place at the Paralympic Preparation Centre in Rome on Saturday 17 June and was widely and warmly attended. Sportsmen and women of all ages arrived from all over Italy to put themselves in the shoes of the Federation's athletes for a day.

 

Created to let people experience Paralympic sports in a condition of limited mobility, the event met the enthusiasm of the 100 participants who competed in 4 disciplines: penalty kicks, blindfolded running, wheelchair relay race and shot-put. FISPES professional athletes supported the guests in this unique experience, so that through sport everyone was able to face difficulties and enhance their abilities, without ever stopping overcoming their limits.

 

During the launch of the event, coinciding with the renewal of the sponsorship, at the World Para Athletics Grand Prix in Jesolo, UniCredit's Deputy Head of Italy Remo Taricani commented:
