Special Meeting of Savings Shares Holders

Today, The Special Meeting of savings shares holders approved the statement of accounts on the Fund established pursuant to sec. 146, subsec. 1, point c) of the Legislative Decree no. 58/98, presented by the outgoing Common Representative of the savings shares holders, Mr. Nicola Borgonovo.

 

The Special Meeting of savings shares holders confirmed also Mr Nicola Borgonovo as Common Representative of the savings shares holders for the period 2014-2016.
