Notice to the Noteholders

 

UniCredit S.p.A. Issue of € 500,000,000 Callable Subordinated Floating Rate Notes due 2014

 

ISIN XS0196955909

 

With reference to the above issue, UniCredit S.p.A. in accordance with the Pricing Supplement, having obtained the prior approval of the Bank of Italy, intends to exercise its option to early redeem in whole the Notes on July 23, 2009 (the "Early Redemption Date").
The early redemption of the issue will be at par and the interests shall cease to accrue on the Early Redemption Date.
