UniCredit S.p.A. with its subsidiary Capitalia Luxembourg S.A. and Compagnie Monégasque de Banque (CMB) , part of the Mediobanca Banking Group, have reached an agreement on the sale of the Monegasque branch of Capitalia Luxembourg (100% subsidiary of UniCredit SpA). The transaction is expected to be closed at the beginning of March 2008.
The branch has around 500 million Euros of Assets under Management and over 1.600 clients.
