Amendment of company name and registered office

 

 


We communicate that, following the resolution passed by the Extraordinary Meeting on 8th May 2008, registered with the Registry of Companies on 21st May 2008:


  • The Company name is amended in UniCredit S.p.A.;
  • The Banking Group denomination is "Banking Group UniCredit".

From the same date the registered office is located in Rome, via Alessandro Specchi, 16 and Head Office in Milan
