UniCredit: S&P aligned UniCredit SpA's outlook with Italian Sovereign. Issuer Rating affirmed at 'BBB'

 

The Rating Agency S&P Global Ratings ("S&P") has aligned UniCredit SpA's outlook to "stable" (from "positive"), in line with the Italian sovereign.

 

The Issuer long and short-term ratings have been affirmed at "BBB/A-2".
