UniCredit: Standard & Poor's affirmed UniCredit SpA's ratings - Outlook aligned with Italian sovereign

The Rating Agency S&P Global Ratings ("S&P") has affirmed UniCredit SpA's 'BBB' long- and 'A-2' short-term credit issuer ratings. The Outlook has been revised to Negative from Stable following recent similar action on the Italian sovereign.
