Referring to today's co-optation of Mr. Jean Pierre Mustier, we inform you that the newly appointed Director declared being not independent pursuant to the UniCredit S.p.A. Articles of Association, the Corporate Governance Code for listed companies and the Legislative Decree no. 58/98.
Mr. Mustier - who will be qualifiable as executive director and will become General Manager starting from next 12 July, according to the resolution taken by the Board of Directors - isn't member of any Board Committees.
His curriculum vitae is available on the UniCredit website (www.unicreditgroup.eu).
The cooptation of Mr. Mustier brings back to 17 the number of the UniCredit Board of Directors Members, number that up to today was below that resolved on by the Shareholders' meeting due to the resignation of Mr. Manfred Bischoff.
