During today's meeting, the UniCredit Corporate Governance, HR and Nomination Committee settled on a proposal - to be submitted to the Board of Directors meeting scheduled on October 15 next - to co-opt as a new Company Board Member Mr. Mohamed Hamad Ghanem Hamed Al Mehairi, currently Chief Executive Officer of Aabar Investments PJS, in substitution of the resigning Director Mr. Al Husseiny.
