UNICREDIT S.P.A.: ACCELERATED BOOKBUILDING OF 6.7% OF THE ORDINARY SHARE CAPITAL OF FONDIARIA-SAI S.P.A. COMPLETED
Following the press release published earlier on today, the aggregate sale by UniCredit S.p.A. of 61,289,503 ordinary shares of Fondiaria-SAI S.p.A. (the "Shares") equal to 6.7% of the ordinary share capital of Fondiaria-SAI S.p.A. (the "Transaction") was successfully completed.
The Transaction, carried out through an accelerated bookbuilding process addressed to Italian and international institutional investors, was priced at Euro 1.735 per Share (with aggregate gross proceeds equal to approx. Euro 106.3 million) and will be settled on November 7, 2013.
UniCredit Bank AG, Milan acted as Sole Bookrunner in the Transaction.
