Supplement "subsequent events" of the Consolidated Interim Report as at 30th September 2013 with information on Carlo Tassara SpA

With reference to the press release issued on November 4th 2013 by which, following CONSOB request, information about the Carlo Tassara S.p.A. ("Tassara") restructuring process has been disclosed to the public, pursuant to art. 114, par. 5, Legislative Decree. n.58/98, UniCredit informs that, still according to the same request of the above mentioned Supervisory Authority, the "Subsequent Events" paragraph of the consolidated interim report as at September 30th 2013 - approved on November 11th 2013 by the Board of Directors of UniCredit and made available to the public on the 13th November 2013 - has been supplemented with information concerning the recoverability of the exposure to Carlo Tassara S.p.A.

 

The version of the consolidated interim report as at September 30th 2013, supplemented as specified above, is available to the public at the Company's registered office and its Head Office as well as on the Company's internet website (http://www.unicreditgroup.eu/it/investors/financial-reports.html).
