Merger of Family Credit Network S.p.A. into UniCredit S.p.A

Press release pursuant to section 70, paragraph 7, lett. c) of Consob regulation n 11971/99

 

 

In relation with the merger of Family Credit Network S.p.A into UniCredit S.p.A., UniCredit Board decision taken on August 3rd resolving on the approval of the above plan as set forth by section 2505, second paragraph, of the Italian Civil Code and by section 23 of the Articles of Association, has been put today at the disposal of the public pursuant to section 70, paragraph 7, lett. c) of Consob regulation n 11971/99:

The above Board resolution has already been filed for registration with the Trade Register.
