Fondiaria Sai capital increase: UniCredit exercised all the option rights it is entitled to

In the context of the capital increase of Fondiaria-SAI S.p.A. (Fondiaria Sai), as approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders General meeting held  on 19 March and subsequently confirmed by the Extraordinary Shareholders General meeting held on 27 June 2012, UniCredit S.p.A., currently holding 6.6% stake in Fondiaria's share capital represented by ordinary shares, reports that it exercised 242.251 option rights in order to subscribe for 61.047.252 new ordinary shares for a total amount equal to Euro 61.047.252.
