Partial spin off in favor of UniCredit Spa of the going concern related to the segregate accounts for private banking clients of Pioneer Investments Management Sgrpa

Following the previous press release on last 4th August 2011, this is to inform you it was signed today the deed of partial spin off in favor of UniCredit  S.p.A  of the going concern related to the segregated accounts for private banking clients of Pioneer Investments Management S.G.R.p.A..

 

The partial spin off will become effective as of 1st January  2012  after the completion of the registration of the deed with the competent Trade Registers.
