Completion of placement of shares in Prysmian SpA

Following the press release issued earlier today, UniCredit S.p.A. ("UniCredit") announces the completion of the sale of 15,583,144 ordinary shares of Prysmian S.p.A., equal to approximately 7.4% of the share capital of Prysmian S.p.A. and representing the entire stake held by Flint Investments BV in Prysmian S.p.A.


As anticipated, the sale was executed by UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking (UniCredit Bank AG - Milan Branch) as Global Coordinator and Sole Bookrunner through an accelerated bookbuilding offer addressed solely to institutional investors, at a price of Euro 15 per share, representing an aggregate consideration of Euro 233,747,160 million.
