UniCredit: Standard & Poor's affirms the ratings of the Group

UniCredit announces that today the rating agency Standard & Poor's affirmed the long term (A+) and short term (A-1) ratings assigned to UniCredit SpA.
Outlook is stable.
These rating actions follow the announcement of the envisaged merger between the UniCredit and Capitalia Groups.
