UniCredit is aware of a press release circulated on June 22 by a group of minority shareholders of HVB, according to which a claim for more than EURO 17 billion was filed with the Munich District Court.
To this date, however, UniCredit has not been served with a writ of action by the Court, and is therefore not in a position to comment but to underline that all transactions mentioned in said press release have been performed at appropriate prices, based on independent external opinions and valuations.
UniCredit will provide further comment as soon as new elements will occur.
