UniCredit: closing of Bank BPH Transfer
UniCredit informs that today took place the closing of the transfer of the controlling stake in Bank BPH S.A. from Bank Austria Creditanstalt A.G. to UniCredit S.p.A., announced on August 4, 2006. The closing of the transfer follows the obtainment of the approval of the Austrian Financial Market Authority.
