On 16 January 2005, Koc Financial Services (KFS) and Cukurova Holding A.S. have signed a protocol for carrying out exclusive negotiations with respect to the sale of shares that Cukurova Group of Companies owns in Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.S.
The possible progress on negotiations will be disclosed to public as soon as it will be available.
KFS is a joint venture controlled by Koc Holding and UniCredit, which owns financial services companies in Turkey.
