Carlo Salvatori indicated by UniCredit's BoD as future Chairman of Bank Austria

 

 

UniCredit's Board of Directors has today indicated the intention to propose UniCredit's Chairman Carlo Salvatori as candidate to the position of Chairman of Bank Austria's Supervisory Board in the course of the first available General Shareholders' Meeting of the Austrian bank, following completion of the combination between UniCredit Group and HVB Group. Alessandro Profumo, UniCredit's CEO, will also be proposed to represent the new shareholding structure.

Carlo Salvatori and Alessandro Profumo would also be nominated as candidates for HVB's Supervisory Board.
