Universum Awards Italy 2019: UniCredit is among the most attractive Employers
Every year, Italian university students vote on the companies of their dreams in the largest and most comprehensive survey in Italy, the Universum Talent Study.
The research is managed by Universum Global, a Swedish market research firm and leader in Employer Branding, and this year involved over 40,000 students from 44 universities across the country.
The survey identifies the most coveted employers based on the responses collected, indicating which companies students prefer to work for, what their future expectations are regarding the environment and the workplace, and their preferences on communication channels.
This is a significant result for UniCredit that improves the fifth place of 2018 and renews the goal of offering the most promising students an environment where they can learn and have a concrete impact on the Company's results.
