UniCredit MBA - The new talents of UniCredit and Alma

UniCredit MBA - The new talents of UniCredit and Alma

UniCredit MBA stems from a collaboration between Alma Graduate School and UniCredit's Retail Division, two major groups in their respective fields - i.e. professional development training courses and banking - which have decided to join forces to achieve a specific shared aim: to train the new leaders of the Retail sector in the Banking and Financial Services industry

UniCredit MBA will start next October and will last twelve months during which students will work full time in close contact with Alma's teachers and the experts of the UniCredit team. Three months will be devoted to hands-on training at UniCredit's offices in the 23 countries in which the Group currently operates.

Who are the ideal applicants?

The MBA program is open to young people from all over the world interested in Retail, in banking or, more generally, in the financial services industry.

The ideal applicants shall be between 25 and 32 years old, hold a university degree and have a 3- (minimum) to 5-year (maximum) working experience in a corporate environment - not necessarily in the Retail area - as well as a good knowledge of the English language.

In order to enroll in the MBA program, applicants will have to pass an admission test, consisting of a written test and an interview conducted by a panel made up of Alma teachers and UniCredit managers.

The MBA is a fee-based program. The fee is € 25,000, however UniCredit will award five full tuition fee grants, plus five grants of €20,000 and ten of €15,000.

Thanks to the agreement existing between Alma and UniCredit, students will be able to take out honor loans up to € 35,000.

The MBA Program

The UniCredit MBA Program aims at combining theoretical concepts with first-hand working experience in corporate environments reported by managers who work in UniCredit's Retail Division.

The program consists of five training and in-depth analysis areas:

  • Finance & Economics and General Management - to develop broad managerial skills and to become familiar with financial market dynamics and with the features of financial instruments.

  • Banking Management and Service & Retail Management - to integrate the students' skills with specific knowledge of the banking and retail sectors.

  • Organizational Identity, Corporate Strategy and Business Sustainability - spanning across the four previous areas.
