Our projects are entitled: "Art brings people together", " Sharing Passions" and "Art Talks" (like this Newsletter that today,1st July,is at its first launch) because we are convinced that culture and art represent an area in which to share both values and ideas, which are at the heart of all genuine innovation.
For the presentation of the Group's Sustainability Report, we have decided to share the experiences gained from our promotion of culture in the 23 countries in which we operate. This is because where there is culture, new ideas and positive energies circulate, along with the constructive will to implement sustainable cultural, social and economic development.
We have chosen to illustrate the Report not with works of art, but with images taken from the events held in collaboration with our European cultural partners, the Education Department of Rivoli Castle first and foremost, a contemporary art museum of the highest calibre. These are in fact "collective experiences" with art, organised in the fields both of internal communication projects for the Group Colleagues and their families as well as that of a wider public, held in town squares and museum spaces.
They are all "products" created by "thinking with our hands " by the thousands of people involved, and they clearly demonstrate just how art favours the development of the relational and cognitive abilities of each and every one of us, creating positive energy and fostering communication.
As far as we are concerned, this is what contemporary art is all about: sharing values in order to build our future together.
