UniCredit Sponsors 1906-2015: Moving Toward the Milan Expo
The 1906-2015: Moving Toward the Milan Expo exhibition will debut on Friday, October 7 at the Loggiato San Bartolomeo in Palermo. The show, which is a part of the Expo Meets Palermo initiative, will be on display till October 22 and is free for visitors also thanks to UniCredit's support.
The exhibition will share the theme of the Milan Expo, Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life. It will also include a section addressing food - not as a human necessity, but as an element from which cultures are born and grow.
A presentation on the Expo will be held on Friday, October 7 at 5:30 pm in the Sala Gialla of the Palazzo dei Normanni in Palermo. Senior government officials and high-level representatives from artisan and trade associations, along with Roberto Bertola, UniCredit's Head of Territory Sicily, will lead the discussion.
The exhibition has traveled to Bari, Florence, Milan, Turin and Venice before arriving in Palermo. Over the next two years, it will be displayed in other Italian cities, including Bologna, Cagliari, Genoa, Naples, Piacenza, Rome and Verona.
The Expo Meets Palermo initiative raises awareness among local communities and markets about the need for sustainable growth and innovation. It also highlights UniCredit's commitment to spurring economic and social development in the communities where we live and work.
