Agenzia 200, the Third Carte Blanche Exhibition

Agenzia 200 (Branch 200), the third exhibition of the series Carte Blanche, will run from March 9 to May 15, 2011 at UniCredit STUDIO Milan. This space, located within our Piazza Cordusio branch, was recently renovated by the design studio Santachiara.
Curated by Alberto Garutti, the show features a selection of works by young artists including Pietro Agostoni, Dino Balliana, Marco Caeran, Lisa Dalfino, Derek Maria Francesco Di Fabio, Dario Guccio, Beatrice Marchi, Anna Mostoni, Francesco Joao Scavarda and Davide Stucchi.
Garutti, some of whose works are included in UniCredit's corporate art collection, titled the exhibition Agenzia 200 because it is the technical name for the Cordusio branch and he wanted to underscore that the show's location was a bank.
Thanks to the STUDIO exhibition spaces we are now opening up across Europe, a diverse range of young artists are receiving greater visibility. Some of these spaces are inside our Group's branches as we believe there is a benefit to bringing cultural exhibitions to locations beyond museums and cultural institutions.
Art is a language that allows us to share different experiences. It also provides a means for an international Group like ours to interact with the many different communities in which we live and work. UniCredit has long supported young talent, and we believe that the work of these young artists generates the kind of energy and new ideas that are essential to sustainable development.
