Responsibility on the network

The seminar "Responsibility on the Network. The New Frontier of Corporate Social Responsibility" has been hold on 26th June 2006 at the UniCredit Group Conference Hall in Via Garibaldi, 2 - Verona. The initiative, promoted by the Local Committee of Verona, has dealt with the purpose of social responsibility, specifically applied to the sphere of authorities and institutions with the purpose to encourage a Network and System logic among the main actors serving the community for its social and economic growth. Representatives from Institutional and Academic circles have attended the meeting, bringing their direct contribute to the discussion. UniCredit's CEO Alessandro Profumo has presented the seminar's concluding remarks.


The meeting, coordinated by Gianfranco Fabi - Deputy Editor-in-charge of the newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore", was opened by Luigi Castelletti - Chairman of the Verona UniCredit Local Committee and the Chairman of Veronafiere, Paolo Canotto - Mayor of Verona and Fulvio Cavalleri - Chairman of the Valerio Catullo Airport and Deputy Chairman of Assoaeroporti. After the introduction, presented by Nadio Delai - Chairman of Ermeneia, Donata Gottardi - Coordinator of the Master's Course in Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility and Euro MP and Davide Dal Maso - Partner Avanzi srl presented the report "Corporate Social Responsibility and Network Systems". The event continued with a round table involving the following actors: Luigi Campiglio - Chancellor of the Università Cattolica of Milano, Elio Catania - Chairman and CEO of Ferrovie dello Stato Group, Giampietro Leoni - Chairman of AGSM Verona and Giulio Sapelli - Chairman of Asam SpA and professor of Economic History and Analysis of Organizations at Università Statale of Milano. The Concluding remarks has been presented by Alessandro Profumo - CEO of UniCredit.
