Italian photography from the UniCredit Collection
From 14 November to 22 December 2006, the Kunstforum art space at the head office of HypoVereinsbank in Munich is hosting an exhibition of contemporary Italian photography, including works from the UniCredit Collection .
The exhibition will take in aroundfifty works by the best Italian photographers of the last three decades alongside works by younger photographers: Luigi Ghirri, Franco Fontana, Mimmo Jodice, Gabriele Basilico, Vincenzo Castella, Olivo Barbieri, Luca Campigotto, Antonio Basiucci, Armin Linke, Francesco Jodice, Maria Grazia Toderi, Luisa Lambri, Elisa Sighicelli, Francesca Rivetti and Eva Frapiccini.
The theme of the exhibition, curated by Walter Guadagnini, is landscape - both urban and natural - in constant contact with human affairs and as a backdrop to history that is continually unfolding.
The exhibition is part of UniCredit Group's strategy of promoting the cultural and creative resources of the countries it operates in, beginning with Italy where the group has its headquarters.
